How to unzip files on a Windows 10 PC
  1. Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
  2. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
  3. To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.
How to unzip files on Mac computers

Unzipping a file on a mac computer is user-friendly and intuitive. To unzip files on a mac, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Double click the zipped file.
  2. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in.
  3. Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.

Alternate method, you can right-click on the .zip package, and select Open With > Archive Utility (default).
